Our workshop space is suitable for micro craft and design businesses to use, on either an ad hoc or permanent basis.
In our Leeds studio we have jewellery and woodwork benches, leatherworking tables, sewing machines, photography studio, and desk space to rent by the hour.
Our York shop has adaptable work/sell pods and hot desking on our 1st floor and basement, suitable for artists, fashion designers etc. alongside a photography studio and exhibition space
In Leeds permanent tenants have 24/7 access and a secure locker, along with free wifi, in York access is during shop hours.
Bring your own furniture and equipment, taking the size of space needed to run your business. Cost is dependent on size taken and discipline.
