Dawn trained as a fashion designer many moons ago, and designs and makes mens and women’s clothing and lingerie. Also making bespoke bridal wear. Specialising in historical clothing, having made for films, theatre and Museums
As a costume maker has made everything from padded armour and trees, to panto dames and Mr Darcy grooms wear. So is well versed in all types of sewing and pattern cutting. As well as giving lectures in 18thc and regency clothing and uniforms
Being taught to knit sew and crochet at an early age, and having a crafty mind, means there is a wide and varied range of classes at Fabrication
