Description

The Sunday Jewellery School is an opportunity to delve deeper into your jewellery knowledge with dedicated skills workshops and drop in tutored afternoons.

Blocks of 4 and 6 will be available for you to learn key jewellery making skills such as sawing, soldering, forming/texturing, finishing, sand casting and chain making.

These workshops are designed to give you the basic skills needed to start making your own jewellery using traditional techniques – tool use, consumables and base metals are included in the price and silver will be available to buy should you wish.

The classes will be kept small with up to 4 students at a time, so that each student can receive dedicated tutor time

Skills workshops will run 11-1/1:30 on Sunday mornings and mentored making sessions will run 2-5/6

Please note: Workshops are for age 16+ and the workshop is accessible via 4 steps, and the bathrooms are on the first floor.

Each month will have a different theme and sell work by carefully curated local makers They will include a vintage market, independent designers, art and print fair among others Cost for a stall is £30 and includes the table and table cloth.
